Effective Body Corporate Management requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, intimate knowledge of the legal obligations and, above all, communication skills. During this time she has been instrumental in expanding our body corporate managements to include several outside our rental managements in a variety of areas as far west as Emerald.

To achieve this, we work in close liaison with committees through their unit Manager and elected Chairperson. This approach, we find, is mutually rewarding with all our current bodies corporate.
