This experience and knowledge will ensure your investment will be managed in the most professional manner. Client Liaison is also a large portion of Joan's day, catching up with property owners to discuss their properties and to ensure that their needs are being met on a regular basis. Joan is also in regular contact with tenants through our regular inspection and maintenance programmes. It is this constant communication that Joan believes gives her the best possible chance of negotiating a win-win solution should any problems occur. Currently managing a property portfolio which extends from Calen to Hay Point, Seaforth to Mirani, rural and central Mackay, Joan is constantly on the move providing with an ideal way to see this beautiful part of the world.
